Turns out they borrowed a little of their motocross tire tech to develop an advanced Grip Compound rubber for the Pro 3 Race shoulders to get that maximum grip at unprecedented lean angles. They combined that with a Race Compound rubber in the center of the tread for maximum durability and minimal rolling resistance. It’s tire technology at its finest!!!

Plus, Michelin has given the Pro 3 Race tire a new puncture protector belt for improved puncture resistance on those gravel and glass happy rides. In case you’re wondering, that’s never been done before in such a light weight racing tire.
