2008 Vredestein Fortezza SuperLight Tire

Vredestein takes the popular TriComp design and shaves off 40 grams to make the Fortezza SL (SuperLight). Intended specifically for where light weight and high pressure shine, this tire is excellent for time trials and triathlon races.

The Fortezza SuperLight uses the same exclusive 120 tpi 2 ply casing as the Fortezza Tricomp and adds a softer single compound tread matted to a Kevlar bead. The single compound tread has a low rolling resistance while providing superior cornering abilities.

Vredestein’s CCS, Curve Control System, ensures that this light weight, ultra-high pressure tire maintains its shape while cornering. Vredestein believes the shape of its tire must stay consistent in all applications to provide the ultimate in ride quality.
