Fizik loves A’s, Arione, Aliante and now Antares. The Fizik Antares fits nicely in the middle of the two widely popular Fizik saddles.
The nose of the Antares boasts a 45 mm width compared to the usual 40 mm found in the Arione and Aliante. Padding in has also been increased from 3 mm to a whopping 10 mm. The carbon-reinforced shell provides a controlled flex and balance along the entire length and breadth of the saddle. This eliminates the feel of being too stiff in areas while too forgiving in others.
The k:ium rails are 8% lighter. A step forward from titanium, the combination of chrome (for durability) and silicum (dampens vibration) takes the Antares to another level in comfort and longevity.
In length it’s shorter than the Arione and longer than the Aliante. In width it’s a match to the Aliante at 142mm wide.
