The Ecotrack is simple to operate. It’s one piece frame is set close to the floor so you won’t pull a hamstring on the mount or dismount. Small PVC rollers are cross sectioned at 80mm keeping it stable and secure. It is a bit difficult to balance on at first, but you’ll get used to it and be checking your bike computer, without falling, in no time at all.
Construction is very simple. You just need to put on 6 nuts with washers on to the studs from the rollers and through the frame, and then you’re ready to ride. Before you go all out, put the Tacx Ecotrack NEAR the wall so you don’t take a header. Once you get the feel, riding on rollers will become second nature.
