With the Steering Frame you can make turns, pass your opponents or get off the track entirely to set off on your own (within the boundaries, of course). And talk about interactive; every movement you make is immediately registered into the game system to give you full immersion into the virtual world of Fortius.

We found that the steering did take a little getting used to. After all, out on the road you lean into a turn. If you lean while using this software you might fall right to the ground. So, there is a bit of a learning curve, but its well worth the effort.

Oh, and the Steering Frame is fully adjustable to fit all bikes, even if you’re still on a Schwinn. Overall it is well worth the money, especially if you easily hit a boredom threshold while training. The Tacx Fortius with the Steering Frame will keep you on that trainer all winter long.
