Retailers, like We Keep You Cycling, are legally allowed to set their own selling prices. However, some manufacturers set ‘Minimum Advertised Pricing’ or ‘MAP’ policies which restrict how we can display pricing for their products. Typically this means that we cannot show you our price for the item until you take further action, such as placing the item in your shopping cart. Placing the item in the Shopping Cart will allow you to see our price, but does not mean you have to purchase the item. The item can be easily removed from the cart if you do not want it.
While inconvenient, this is the legal method of complying with MAP policies while retaining our retailers’ legal right to sell at a price of our choosing.
When it comes to ride data, you can stop at just speed, maybe add climbing data or total time ridden. If that’s all you need, click here for the basic computers. BUT, if it is time to get serious about measuring, calculating and computing your rides, then read on because you just found more information than you may know what to do with in the new Sigma Rox 8.0 cycling computer.

What’s even better is the top segments have a zoom function. Speaking of the display, it can be customized with two “Favorites Lists” and each list can be customized with up to ten functions.
To make things easier, the Sigma Rox 8.0 cycling computer has a new digitally encoded 3-channel wireless STS (Sigma Transmission System) so you can use the pulse measurement (heart monitor), speed and cadence transmitter sensors at the same time
The Sigma Rox 8.0 cycling computer comes with the necessary speed, cadence and heart rate sensors, as well as the heart rate chest strap. But, it doesn’t come with the docking station or the software to download your ride information on to your home computer. They are an optional purchase. However, if you definitely want the additional capabilities that transferring data to your home computer offers, we suggest you purchase the Sigma Rox 9.0. Should you decide to upgrade later, the additional items can be purchased separately.
Handy tip to save on frustration: This is a very intricate computer system and it needs to be setup properly to work properly. Be sure to actually READ the manual before installation, setup and first use. So far we’ve seen that all the issues our customers contact us about are easily solved by re-reading the manual.
