Fizik Aliante Gamma K:ium Versus is another of Fizik’s rollouts of their Versus design.
What makes the Fizik Aliante Gamma Versus a ‘Versus’ is the use of thicker foam to create a 3-4mm deep channel that runs end to end. This channel relieves soft tissue pressure and directs your weight to your sit bones. The result is something rather unique, a non-cutout saddle offering outstanding soft tissue relief.
In every other way, but the padding, the Fizik Aliante Gamma K:ium Versus is the same saddle as the non-versus. Like the standard Aliante Gamma the shell is made from reinforced nylion, with Fizik’s fabric hammock in the center that further reduces soft tissue pressure but increasing the flex under your crotch.
The rails are kium, 8% lighter then Ti. A step forward from titanium, the combination of chrome (for durability) and silicum (dampens vibration) takes the Aliante to another level in comfort and longevity.
