The Elite Power Fluid Ritmo Trainer combines Elite's Elastogel fluid resistance unit with an innovative new four point frame. The combination is their most realistic fluid unit.

The Power Fluid brake unit, the part of the trainer that creates the resistance, is their tried, tested, and true design. It produces 500 watts of resistance at 40mph and runs ultra quiet. The Elastogel coating on the roller provides better contact with the tire and further reduces noise.

What makes the Ritmo model particularly realistic is the combination of this fluid unit with a new frame design. The frame has four floor points, 'feet', that give a little while you're riding. They cause the frame to shift with your weight. When you get off the saddle and sprint your natural rocking motion is echoed in the trainer. Where pervious designs stayed stiff, this give makes the trainer feel more natural. The amount of give can be adjusted, and even as it gives, the trainer stays firmly planted on the floor.

Fixing your bike in the trainer is made easy with a quick adjusting axle clamp, now with a bigger handle. The brake unit tension is a snap. A built in spring provides the resistance needed to prevent wheel slip. Just flip the lever and go. No more dialing it in.
