With all the key features of the Zero platform the Speedplay Zero Chrome-Moly Steel is their entry level Zero pedal.

Like all Speedplay Zero pedals you get from fixed to 15 degrees of float, micro adjustable to your personal needs. We cannot stress enough the benefits of this for people who have had knee surgery or suffer from fit related issues on other pedals. For most of us, we’ll dial back the 15 to somewhere between 5-10 degrees.

Their locking mechanism is different than their competitors. The Zero’s system does not rely on spring tension for security, so entering and exciting the pedals are always easy but never done in error.
The double sided Zero Chrome-Moly offers an entry level pedal with easy entry/exit, unmatched cornering clearance and float; all with a 11.5 mm stack height.
