The 3T Palladio LTD is more than a white stripe on the Team. The LTD is 3T’s lightest version of the Palladio model at 193 grams it’s 11 grams lighter than the 3T Palladio Team post.

Where all other current seatposts designs link the tightening of the clamp bolts to saddle adjustment the 3T Palladio LTD has separated them. Now two cylinders inside the seatpost head make for the saddle adjustment. Adjusting is done without tools and the position is held in place with the fine teeth on the two cylinders. We are traditionally against indexed saddle positioning as the teeth often limit the saddle positions. 3T overcomes this by allowing micro adjustments down to ½ a degree, which will be enough precision for the most discerning cyclist.

When you’ve found the ideal position for your saddle you gently tighten two bolts that hold the outer clamping plates. The genius of the design is in its simplicity. The bolts do almost no work, thus requiring only 5Nm tightening and tightening them up does not alter your position. Later adjustment of fore and aft position will not affect the tilt of your saddle.

The 3T Palladio LTD Carbon post has 25mm of set back and like the Team is contracted out of UD carbon.
