The Miche MT7 Composite Ti Pedal takes the large solid platform of the MT4 Aluminum/Steel model and further refines it with the use of composite and titanium.
Instead of an aluminum body, the Miche MT7 uses a composite body, which is light and strong. Though it should be noted composite material is generally not as durable as aluminum when it comes to contact with cement. If you’re one of those riders who cannot keep your pedals off the ground, you might consider the MT4 the more durable model.
Further refining the pedal, the MT7 has the added benefit of using a titanium axle and silky smooth bearings. This axle further lightens the set to a nice 290 grams/pair, some 60 grams lighter then the aluminum model.
Highlights
• Weight: 290g/pair
• Body Material: composite
• Spindle Material: Titanium spindle
• Bearings: bearing and self lubricating bushing
• Pedals include yellow fixed cleats that fit Look 3-bolt pattern
• Adjustable release mechanism
We Keep You Cycling does not recommend riders over 200lbs use a pedal with a titanium axle.
