The Lezyne Mini Drive LED Light is the smallest light in their lineup. While it offers 150 lumens we view this light not as a night time riding light but rather as a dusk use or to get you the last few miles safely home.

While it offers all of the hallmark features of its larger more powerful bothers, the Power Drive and Super Drive, it lacks in lumens and run time. While lacking in power, its size and lightness afford it the opportunity to be left on all the time.

Inside the Mini drive the CRE LED lights combined with sophisticated parabolic reflectors concentrate the light to a sharp and clean beam. Offering great short and long distance lighting to reveal pot holes. However, at only 150 lumens, the distance is limited.

The LED light can be set to four settings: 150, 100, 50 lumens, and a blinking mode. On high the Power Drive offers up to 1 hour, Medium 1.5hrs, Low 3, and in flash an impressive 4.5 hours of run time.

While many of its competitors offer proprietary batteries, Lezyne as stuck with an industry standard single cell Lithium-ion battery cell that sits behind the LED. Much like a mag flash light the rear unscrews a rubber washer sealed aluminum end cap to reveal the one cell battery. The battery cell is easily replaced in the aftermarket battery market should it wear out over time. Charges via USB in about 2-3 hours.
