The TriComp tread provides three different compounds all
with different ride qualities. This enables the tire to have a low rolling
resistance with exceptional grip on corners and in wet weather.
The Fortezza TriComp uses the exclusive 120 tpi 2 ply
casing matted to a Kevlar bead. Behind the casing lies the PRS Vredestein’s
Puncture Resistance System, dramatically increasing durability by reducing
punctures.
Vredestein’s CCS, Curve Control System, ensures that this
light weight, ultra-high pressure tire maintains its shape while cornering.
Vredestein believes the shape of its tire must stay consistent in all applications
to provide the ultimate in ride quality.
And they’re right; ride quality is excellent, truly a
clincher with a tubular feel. Not only does it ride like a tubular but it has
the traditional PSI benefits that come with a tubular, a range to be fully
