Shipping
We Keep You Cycling ships with FedEx for all of our shipments with same day shipping on orders placed before 3:00 PM PT.
We at We Keep You Cycling understand the excitement associated with getting new goodies and as such ship our orders same day. All orders received by 3 PM PST or 6 PM EST ship same day. This is one of the many ways we aim to provide outstanding customer service.
Being based in Reno Nevada allows us to provide West Coast customers with 1-3 day shipping with most FedEx ground shipments. East Coast customers are 3-4 business days on average for FedEx ground. However if your package is time sensitive we encourage you to pick the appropriate shipping speed.
Upon shipment of your order our systems will email you tracking details. Often this is caught by spam filters so please check this prior to contact us for tracking info. Should you not receive tracking information email us and one of our friendly staff will gladly provide you with the details.

Transit times start the day following shipment. Example - An order placed on Monday with a 2 day delivery time will be out for delivery on Wednesday. Monday is day 0, Tuesday day 1 and Wednesday day 2.
International Orders
For orders shipping outside the USA we recommend you use a service such as www.myus.com to have the package forwarded to your address anywhere in the world.
Please note there will likely be duties/taxes for items shipped outside of the USA. We Keep You Cycling is not responsible for these, it is the customers responsibility to determine those duties/taxes beforehand.
Returns/Exchange Policy
Whether
you’re going deep into a turn on the first lap of a race, or just
cruisin’ down the road with the wind in your face, safety is
paramount. Even at only 10mph a crash can result in serious harm, to
you and your beloved bike.
Our passion for cycling urges us to do everything in our power to
reduce your risk. We have a strict policy of never, ever selling any
product that has ever been used. Some call our position serious or
retentive; darn right! Others have said its forward thinking. We think
so too. You are our customers, and we want you coming back, in one
piece and gunning for more!
Each returned item goes through multiple inspections, CSI style. And
we will always bounce back any items that have been used. Please be
conscious of this policy and don’t ask us to bend the rules; you’re
putting money ahead of our customer’s safety. It ain’t going to happen
bud!
Are there tricks to try to fool us, like putting electrical tape on
seat rails so they don’t get marked? Sure, and some sites even suggest
this. But, we’ve been doing this long enough to know all the
cover-ups. So don’t worry, we will catch it before it ends up on your
bike.
With our commitment to provide you the best possible products, our return policy is as follows:
We will give you 15 days upon delivery to determine if you like the
item. You can exchange the item for another (providing it hasn’t been
used), and only pay for the shipping costs. If you’d like to return
the item (again, unused), we will credit your credit card minus a 15%
restocking fee (minimum of $15), or we can give you a store credit with
no restocking fee. The RA# is required for all returns or exchanges.

Warranties
We handle them directly for you. Email at returns@WeKeepYouCycling.com if you have a warranty issue.
Price Protection Policy
If we lower the price on any item (excluding closeouts) within 14 days from the date of purchase we will issue a refund on the difference when requested.
Military Discount
We Keep You Cycling is proud to support our troops domestic and abroad. We recognize the sacrifices our military men and women make in order to protect our way of life and the freedoms we enjoy. We would like to show our gratitude by extending a 5% discount on any item.
If you are placing an order online please email sales@wekeepyoucycling.com with a digital picture of your military ID to take advantage of this discount.
Canceling Orders
During the week orders are processed in near real time. Unfortunately for this reason once we've begun processing your order the only change we can make is an address correction or the addition of product to that order.
If you wish to cancel an order please reply to your email receipt. We will promptly inform you of the status of your order and determine if it can be canceled.
Coupons
Coupons must be redeemed at the time of purchase. They cannot be applied retroactively on any purchase.
Privacy Policy
The information given to We Keep You Cycling will not be shared, sold or distributed in anyway. This information will only be used to communicate with you regarding promotional offers or to provide you with order information.

Security Policy
We at We Keep You Cycling recognize the risks associated with mishandled information. We have invested great efforts and systems to prevent the misuse of information provided to us in trust. We use industry standard technologies that allow us to ensure the highest level of security possible while we process your order.
At any point on our website where we request information of our customers you will see the small lock icon appear in your browser. This indicates you are protected from hackers by our SSL encryption. Your information will now be safely transferred to our server. Our server is then protected by industry standard firewall technologies.
This can only goes so far, often security features such as SSL encryption breakdown when companies fail to implement internal security measures to protect the flow of information. We recognize this risk and are proud to say all our employees whom require access to your sensitive information to process orders are bondable. We have also gone to great lengths to reduce the steps in processing that could possibly compromise your information to one step. In this way we feel we go above industry standards to offer our customers the highest level of protection possible.
In the unfortunate event that personal data is compromised, We Keep You Cycling will notify authorities and affected customers immediately.
