Returns/Exchange Policy
Our standard policy at We Keep You Cycling gives you 15 days to determine if you like the product. We understand that occasionally items don’t live up to your expectation. We are happy to exchange the item if in new, and unused, for no cost within those 15 days. Should you simply wish to return the item for a refund on the purchase price we will gladly do so. Straight returns are subject to a 15% processing fee or a minimum processing charge of $15; whichever is more. All items must be returned/exchanged in new, and unused . Items returned used will not qualify under our return policy. Product is considered used if it has been mounted, even if no riding has taken place.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charge back to us and in the event of an exchange, the shipping back to them.
This return policy is only waived in the event that the customer receives the wrong items. If this is the case We Keep You Cycling will cover all costs in correcting the error.
