Whether you’re going all out in a pack sprint, or just cruisin’ down the road with the wind in your face, safety is paramount.  At only 10mph a crash can result in serious harm, to you and your beloved bike.  

Our passion for cycling urges us to do everything in our power to reduce your risk. We have a strict policy of never, ever selling any product that has ever been used*. Some call our position serious or retentive; darn right! Others have said its forward thinking. We think so too. You are our customers, and we want you coming back, in one piece and gunning for more!

Each returned item goes through multiple inspections, CSI style. And we will always bounce back any items that have been used. Please be conscious of this policy and don’t ask us to bend the rules; you’re putting money ahead of our customer’s safety. We are aware some competing shops have very liberal return policies. Consider no shop can sit on used items, so some 'near new' must be resold as new. That never happens here. Ever!

Are there tricks to try to fool us, like putting electrical tape on seat rails so they don’t get marked? Sure, and some sites even suggest this. But, we’ve been doing this long enough to know all the cover-ups.   So don’t worry, we will catch it before it ends up on your bike. Everything we sell is brand new and never used.

With our commitment to provide you the best possible products, our return policy is as follows:
We will give you 15 days upon delivery to determine if you like the item. You can exchange the item for another (providing it hasn’t been used), and only pay for the shipping costs. If you’d like to return the item (again, unused), we will credit your credit card, or we can give you a store credit. An item that ships with free shipping, returned or exchanged will be credited to you less the cost of shipping.

The RA# is required for all returns or exchanges.

*Used. Items will be considered used if they have been installed, even if no riding has taken place. IE Shoes with cleats mounted to soles. Saddles mounted to seatposts. Tires mounted to rims. For your safety and the safety of our other customers no exceptions are made.
