We Keep You Cycling accepts returns on new and unused items in the original manufacturers packaging within 5 business days of the original delivery date. Items that have been installed, mounted, washed, or missing packaging will not be considered new and unused and will be returned to you.
To ensure your safety we cannot accept any returns on nutrition or skin care products.
1. All items must be in new unused condition with the original manufactures’ packaging and all tags still attached.
2. All returns must be accompanied by an RA number, contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
for an RA number. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Write the RA number on the outside of the shipping package.
3. We took care in packing the items prior to shipment to you, please take the same care when packing them and shipping them back. You may use the original shipping box from WeKeepYouCycling or any other plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship the items for return.

In the event your order received free shipping or a discounted rate, any refund or exchange issued will reflect this and the amounts reversed. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent when processed.
Please be aware that refunds take up to an additional 5 business days to be processed by your card issuer and reflected in your billing statement.
CLEARANCE ITEMS –Clearance items may not be returned unless the product is defective or the wrong item has been shipped. If not otherwise marked, any item discounted more than 40% is a clearance item. Return time applies.
We recommend you contact the manufacture once outside our return policy.
